How to change to Sim Only?

How do you change to a sim only deal once contract is expired?

 

There’s no option in my account, no phone number to call and the live chat page is blank!

Hi @dc2020,

When you log in to view your upgrade options, there should be a section to choose a SIM-only plan instead of a new phone plan; can you take a look at the upgrade options and post a screenshot if you see none in there?
