My account
I have forgotten all my details on my account but I know the phone number I can get my bill how can I resolve this

This should be very easy to resolve.
All you need to start is your Phone number, last name and date of birth which hopefully you know :)
You can find out your username from the My iD log in page by clicking "Forgotten your username/email address?"
https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/forgot-username/
You will receive an email on the account registered to your My iD account which confirms your username.
After you've gotten your username, go back to the My iD log in page and select "Forgotten your password?"
https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/forgot-username/-/forgot/forgotpassword
You will then need to submit your email/username and receive a email to reset your password, just follow the instructions from there and you should be sorted! :)
