My PAC Code is invalid according to my new supplier

My new provider says my PAC Code is invalid. I was given the PAC Code from my online account but also requested it by texting PAC and my 6-figure birth date (both gave the same code). It shows as still being in force on my account. How can get a new one? Thanks.

Dear Live Chat Team,

I have requested many times the provision of a PAC code only to be sent the same expired one. The prefix shown is TSL and not VTM as mentioned! Also, it is already out of date by 7 months.
