No service after receiving sim only


I have just received your ID sim only. It shows no service. does it need to be activated?

Yep it needs activating - I think this can be done in the online chat, for ease.

If this was a new order, then generally speaking it should have come ready to use and activated.

Do you have an error message on your phone? Is your phone unlocked and able to use other network SIM cards?
