No service on SIM card despite restarting and trying away from home

This is now the second day of having no service whatsoever. My signal had been absolutely fine, and then suddenly was gone completely. I've turned phone off and on, removed and reinstalled sim card, we've even driven far away so it's not a localised issue. I think the sim must need replacing even though I've only had it a few months?

Hello @Ruthio44,

I’m sorry to hear that.

You haven’t upgraded at all recently have you?

Can you also test the SIM in another device as well as testing a different SIM in your device if possible?

This can help us rule out a handset fault/SIM fault so we know whether it’s one of those or an account issue.

Hi Mohammed,

 

No I've not upgraded, it just suddenly stopped working. I've tested it in my husband's phone but no luck 🙁
