No Sim error

I ordered a new phone & when doing so gave a PAC code. My new phone arrived on Friday, I put the SIM in that it came with & it’s showing as no sim. My old sim & network is now off & I have no live phone to us only when on Wi-Fi. I have followed all the advice & still showing no sim, please help

I’m sorry to hear this, are you able to take the SIM card out and place it back in to see if this kicks it into action?

 

Have you tried resetting your network settings?
