Sim hasn’t arrived

I signed up for a sim only contract on the 4th of December. I got confirmation emails saying it’s been successful and my sim has been dispatched but it still hasn’t arrived. Tried to phone the helpline but as I don’t have the sim I don’t know the number.
Can I get someone to resend the Sim and check its going to the right address? Thankyou

This is not good to hear. You should have received your SIM card around 3 working days after the purchase. Please can you contact our Live Chat team here in order for us to have a replacement sent out as soon as possible?
