Hi. I've recently ordered a SIM card, I've had confirmation that it's been dispatched but since found out that I've made an error in the postal address.
I'd like to update my address so a new card can be sent out but can't seem to find the live chat without an account (which I believe I need to get the iD mobile number for). Just wondering how best to go about this to get it sorted.

Sorry to hear of the issues you're facing
Try heading to: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/contact-us
In the bottom right corner, you should see the Live Chat button, (It will be grey when agents are busy)
You don't need an iD Account to view/access the Live Chat.
