I have cancelled my iD contract within 14 days of joining due to non -existent signal thus meaning the phone was totally unusable. I have returned the phone and have now taken out a new contract. I need to keep my original number due to work. I have tried to request the PAC via the online account and the app but keep getting a message saying ops something’s gone wrong please log in and try again. I tried to live chat but it didnt seem to ever have anyone available. Please can someone help me get a PAC? I really need my old number back. Thank you

Apologies for the delayed response here.
Your contract should have been converted to a PAYG one so we can get a PAC code for you manually.
I’ve sent you a PM so we can sort this.
