I thought I was upgrading my old plan as my contact was up. However now I am unsure if I’ve just added on a SIM only contract on top of my old contract/plan. How do i check and cancel my old plan?

Have you had a new iD Mobile number with your order? If so, this is a new plan.

 

If you haven’t, it should clearly note upgrade somewhere in the documents about the order (as well as during the purchase).

 

If you need assistance in cancelling a new order, please let us know so we can get in touch.

Thank you for your comment. All the email said was the new plan has been added to my account, there isn’t anything indicating an upgrade.
