Hello, I maintain my ID mobile contract even though I moved to Australia. I need to upgrade my phone as 3g is almost obsolete. I can no longer access the ID app. Any suggestions would be very welcome! Thanks.

Why not stick your sim in any 4g compatible phone; does it work?

Thanks Geluk, yes I will try that but I was hoping Carphone Warehouse/ Currys would supply a new one under the terms of the contract.

If you’re living in Australia, I doubt that is going to be possible, @marytolfree12.

Welcome to the Community!

You’ll need to be in the UK to upgrade.

Roaming in Australia can be very expensive so I would advise to set your spend cap accordingly.
