Ordered the wrong Pixel 9 device option (Double Storage offer)

I ordered the Google Pixel 9 XL Pro 128GB device option recently, believing mistakenly that it would be upgraded under the Double Storage offer to the 256GB model.

I hadn’t realised at that time that the Double Storage offer only applied to choosing the 256GB device explicitly and not the 128GB device (for which the contract fees where made identical).

My 128GB device has been delivered today and activated, is there any way at all now to get back to the 256GB device plan for the same contract amount?

Unfortunately we can’t process an exchange.

You’ll need to process a return and place a new order which would be subject to a credit check.
