plan upgrade


When upgrading plan as I’m on 3G, do I get sent a new SIM card for 4G as the plan has already registered on the app and still showing 3G?

Your SIM will already be 4g compatible; perhaps check your device’s settings.

Hi @Giggles57380 

 

As @Geluk suggests your SIM card would already be 4G compatible, probably also 5G compatible however the really old SIM cards may need replacing to achieve 5G.
