UPGRADE QUERY


Hi. 

 

Sorry to bother everyone but this is my first ever upgrade with ID mobile as this is the first contract I've had with them. I have all the upgrade options on my app.

 

I was just looking around to try and find the best Google Pixel 8 pro deals and came across one via u-Switch for ID mobile that is better than the upgrade option for the same plan benefits.

 

I guess my question is, is there any wiggle room on the upgrade options to match deals seen elsewhere at all please?

 

It's a significant saving of £9 per month. Both offers have 100gb data and unlimited texts and calls. Both are 24 month contracts.

 

Apologies if a really stupid question.

Upgrade offers and offers for new contracts via third parties will often be different, if you aren’t seeing an upgrade deal you’re happy with, we’d recommend calling the sales team on 0207 1391 397.

Loyalty does not pay, I am a long standing ID Mobile customer upset that 3rd party deals are always cheaper for new customers. 
I understand that this is soon to change under new rules from the Financial Regulator

This should allow me to reduce my monthly bill from £18 to £15 (the latest offer from a 3rd Party) for my monthly Sim only, totally unlimited contract, without having to change my provider.

£3 may not be much but it is to me as an OAP!
