Hello,

I am going to Italy next week and would like to know if my phone package will allow me to use my phone as normal like in the UK without further charges.  Can this be confirmed please.

Only I have gone abroad before and I know you get a text. But do not trust and it is not clear enough for me to gamble.

I look forward to hearing from you.

The article states Italy is an iD Mobile roam-like-at-home (RLAH) destination for your UK plan allowances, but your RLAH data allowance would be up to 30GB of your UK plan data allowance, @Geoff Kay.

Hi @Geoff Kay

While roaming in Italy (One of our inclusive roaming zones) you’ll be able to use your calls and texts and normal and up to 30GB of data of your data allowance.

If you’re ever unsure and don’t want to be charged, you can set your bill cap to £0, this will ensure you’re never charged anything over your monthly cost, however I don’t expect any costs to be incurred in your case.

Thanks for the help here @andewhite.
