Unlimted Calls, but telling me to increase cap?

I'm having issues making a phone call to my local vets. I've made calls to my vets over the last few months on my ID phone number. But for some reason today I am getting a message telling me I need to increase my cap? Why?I've paid £20 for unlimited everything. Why am I unable to make this phone call to my vets? Its not a premium phone number and I've telephoned them many times before.Can someone sort this out please before I cancel with you and search elsewhere!

Legal Action over refund

I have been waiting 18 days currently just for an answer regarding recieving a refund from my account. I was hoping someone would know where I stand legally? As I think 18 days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I have several transcripts of customer service representatives saying it will take 24-48 hours and 5 working days. But now they are just being really evasive whenever I bring it up. I want to leave iD mobile but I'm not leaving my credit behind.

I’ve received a letter from id mobile regarding an outstanding balance that I have to pay but I’m currently unable to pay it due to my current situation. Its also saying that it will be referred to debt collection agency if I don’t pay in 7 days, but right now I can’t pay What should I do?
