I'm having issues making a phone call to my local vets. I've made calls to my vets over the last few months on my ID phone number. But for some reason today I am getting a message telling me I need to increase my cap?
Why?
I've paid £20 for unlimited everything. Why am I unable to make this phone call to my vets? Its not a premium phone number and I've telephoned them many times before.
Can someone sort this out please before I cancel with you and search elsewhere!

I’m sorry to hear this, is your bill cap at £0? If so, it may be worth raising this slightly and seeing if calls work to those numbers after.
We’ll only charge for the calls if those calls are chargeable, which would depend on the number itself.
