outstanding balance

I’ve received a letter from id mobile regarding an outstanding balance that I have to pay but I’m currently unable to pay it due to my current situation. Its also saying that it will be referred to debt collection agency if I don’t pay in 7 days, but right now I can’t pay 

What should I do?

In this case, it may be worth awaiting the debt collection agency to get in touch to discuss a payment plan.
