It sounds like you purchased from a third party such as Money Saving Expert.
If so you should receive an email from Giftcloud within 4 four months.
Alternatively please can you provide a screenshot or link for the promotion.

Hello. I’m still waiting on my voucher from Gift cloud too. Has anyone had success with this? Money saving expert said it would be automatic.
