Legal Action over refund

I have been waiting 18 days currently just for an answer regarding recieving a refund from my account. I was hoping someone would know where I stand legally? As I think 18 days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I have several transcripts of customer service representatives saying it will take 24-48 hours and 5 working days. But now they are just being really evasive whenever I bring it up. I want to leave iD mobile but I'm not leaving my credit behind.

The small claims court might be the least expensive option, @JosephK

Not sure going legal will speed up recovery of the credit amount you’re due though.

Normally, like most other UK pay monthly mobile service providers, any credit due is returned via the direct debit you used for your iD account, the next billing cycle after account closure.

Hi @JosephK

I’m sorry to hear this, is this credit from a Pay As You Go or credit from a Pay Monthly plan?

What is the credit in result of?
