confused.

I placed my order several hours ago for a new device and plan. It said confirmed with an order number but I’ve had no email confirming anything, and no money has left my bank account. Is this normal or has something gone wrong and I need to order again? Thanks

Hello. Can you please resolve the issues with the website? I have had my services turned off due to not being able to make my payment, thanks to not being able to access the website! I have tried calling to make my payment, but you’ve turned off my services so I can’t even do that! I have been sat in a queue to get on the website for an hour now. Every time it gets down to 5 minutes, it goes back up to 10+ again. Can this please be resolved, as it is increasingly frustrating! Regards, Sam

phone not receiving calls

I have been with ID for 3/4 years. I took out a new new contract last year but this week, I have had trouble receiving calls.i I can make calls out but I can't receive calls in unless they are through messenger or Whatsapp.

No APN settings for Iphone12

Have had a contract with IDmobile for a year and no problems in UK, however am now in France for a year now and thought with roaming wouldnt be a problem. Having spoken to chatlive every day for a week with no solution and having the same converstion every day I was having a minor panic as no mobile data for  week , and no help from IDMobile accept they will refer it to the tech team.I knew my problem was the APN settings but had no access to the APN setting on my IPHONE as for some reason with IDmobile you dont have this option, this is a problem for many people and IDMobile are fully aware of the issue but will not acknowledge that this is a problem they need to resolve. I decided to put my sim card in another iphone and it worked perfectly so I knew the issue was the phone.I tried the     www. unlockit.co.nz      despite comments saying the server no longer existed, but this was the last option. OMG it worked!!!  The relief. I know this issue with roaming is a major issue for many w

App dors not work overseas

I spend ½,year in Spain and use my spanish phone then as cheaper.   The new app cannot be downloaded on my spanish iPhone as IDmobile iOS developer set the country to U.K. only.  How silly - the app should be downloadable, accessible and usable globally.

SIM Only Upgrade/Renewal

HiI have just renewed my account which is due to end in 2 weeks. The order has been processed and I note that the new plan will become active in 24 hours. I want it to renew on the same day as the old plans expires, if it renews tomorrow I will lose ½ a month which I have paid for. How can I change the renewal date?

Roaming Allawances on pre june 2023 contracts

Hi I am on a monthly pay as you go sim only which has 25g data allowance .how do I check what my roaming limit is .?I’ve found this statement for plans that started before 20th June 2023  ….“Fair usage policy.Our open data fair usage policy no longer applies, meaning customers who joined iD or upgraded on or before 20th June 2023 can use their full data allowance in our 50 free Roaming destinations without incurring a surcharge.” I can’t see where my contract details are so I don’t know when it started but looking at my bills the contract started before June 23 - so am I correct in saying I can use my full 25g data allowance ( but assume I can’t include any rollover)I must say the new app is awful - its main focus is on selling not supporting the user .eg  There’s no breakdown on data showing roaming usage . Compared to my wife’s Lebara app the new one is useless . It’s worse than the old beone . The developers should look at the Lebara app for comparison .

how do i get a replacement sim ?

I can't make our receive calls when at home but messaging works fine , I've tried with wi fi on and off ,I've checked network coverage on mastdata but no data for where I live . Everyone else in our home has no problems,  but they are all on different networks. Haven't tried sim in different handset yet , but would like a replacement  sim to rule that out, but don't know how to get oneThanks

Heads ought to roll!!!

3 days now I’ve been trying to create an account. First the app wouldn't work. Next the website wouldn't work and this morning, I have tried again. All was going well until the final part of my registration (where I add my number) and I got the “OOPS SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG” message again. Whoever is in charge of the IT at this place needs a boot up the a@@e! Beginning to wonder if I’ve made a mistake coming over to them?

How can I escalate this further?

On Friday, I tried to top up my phone £20 using the iD mobile app. However every time I went to make the payment it said "sorry there was an error please try again" so I did as I needed the credit to use my phone. However every time the app said there was an error it had actually processed. Now instead of having £20 credit they took £120 out of my bank. Leaving me with nothing. I immediately got onto the live chat and they said they have logged the error and request for refund and told me to return in 48 hours. So 48 hours, I returned (Sunday) but they had no update and said there would be an update within 12 Hours so 12 hours later I returned (Monday morning) but there was no update again! And this time they said please wait 24 hours for a guaranteed update so yet again I waited 24 hours (Tuesday morning) but when I went to live chat they said no update again! And now I have to wait another 48 hours!! Which will take it to nearly a week. They just don't seem to care whatsoever about t

ending my sim only deal

I have had my sim since February this year and I have been off of the internet more than I have been on the coverage is rubbish I need it for my security cameras and ring door bell but it does not work so how do I cancel the contract? It’s pointless paying for something that does not work?
