ending my sim only deal

I have had my sim since February this year and I have been off of the internet more than I have been on the coverage is rubbish I need it for my security cameras and ring door bell but it does not work 

so how do I cancel the contract? It’s pointless paying for something that does not work?

Just use the iD online Live Chat service, and tell a customer adviser you’re cancelling your iD contract, @Stephen R Brown - 30-days notice is required to cancel.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

I'm sorry to hear this, are you on a 1 month SIM only plan or a longer contracted period?

 

How long have you had coverage issues?

 

Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you've had issues?
