I spend ½,year in Spain and use my spanish phone then as cheaper.   The new app cannot be downloaded on my spanish iPhone as IDmobile iOS developer set the country to U.K. only.  How silly - the app should be downloadable, accessible and usable globally.

Sorry to hear this, as we only sell in the UK our app is only available to UK app store users, you may need to change your settings to download the app.

I downloaded app ok because as Tom said country must be set to U.K.   I then had to register again and put my phone number in to receive an OTP.  SIM was in WiFi router in my loft so I got the SIM and put it in a spare phone.  Then I was able to fully register and top up my account. All good, WiFi working again, Ring videobell working again.
