SIM Only Upgrade/Renewal

Hi

I have just renewed my account which is due to end in 2 weeks. The order has been processed and I note that the new plan will become active in 24 hours. I want it to renew on the same day as the old plans expires, if it renews tomorrow I will lose ½ a month which I have paid for. How can I change the renewal date?

It’s not clear what you’re trying to do here, @Myrddin55.

Do you have a phone contract elsewhere, and have just joined iD Mobile?

Perhaps you already have an iD contract, with a minimum-term that ends soon?

If you’re already with iD Mobile, it sounds like you might have purchased a new iD plan.
