i cant uograde or find my usage

I’ve come to the end of a 24 month contract and want to change to a sim only but when I try to do this I get Oops something went wrong, I don’t want another £43 bill due to ID changing the app (not my fault) also I can’t now find my usage as you could on the old app. Seems the only way to do it is leave ID and go to a new provider? Help

When i text a non Apple phone I get a not delivered error message but the message is been received by the other user. Tried resetting network settings many times but still the same problem. Had this problem since taking out contract in Nov 23

New App RubbishNew

I have finally managed to register for the new app at great length. I have received emails confirming that my account is now transferred to the new app. However when I go back in it just says "Get Started." As though I have not previously set up my access. The old app was perfectly fine. Why do you subject your customers to this treatment. If this is not resolved immediately I will terminate my contract.

ID are not sending me my Referal Rewards

I have referred 4 friends to ID, The site says that i can refer up to 100 people and be rewarded for each of them.They have credited my account with £30 after complaining on live chat but i havent been able to get any money or vouchers for the other 3 referals. They escalate it every time i contact them and the escalation goes nowhere.  They owe me £90 and im considering small claims court to force this. Who else is haveing troubles getting what was prmised from ID ?

PAC received today - not wanted or requested

My wife and I have been with ID mobile now for a number of years without issue until today!We both received emails at the same time with the title “Your PAC request”  Neither of us requested any such thing or have even been on the ID mobile website.So following the advice in the email,“If you didn't request this PAC, please contact us immediately”.I contacted the online chat service.  It was suggested that we made the request via the website today.  On being informed that we had not it was then suggested that anyone with our account details could have made the request.  There is no one that has access to our account details as both accounts are unique to us and served with different details including passwords!The only thing offered was that all would be OK as we did not make the request and we would not loose the account or our numbers.  Also stated that a password change may be in order.As a matter of course my wife and I have both changed our passwords.There still remain questions a

Phone arrived damaged

Hello My Honor Magic 6 Lite arrived damaged :( I have opened the box last night and discovered that the screen is cracked. The package arrived via DPD.The virtual chat box says that this may be not replaced.. But isn't my fault :(

I’ve received a letter from id mobile regarding an outstanding balance that I have to pay but I’m currently unable to pay it due to my current situation. Its also saying that it will be referred to debt collection agency if I don’t pay in 7 days, but right now I can’t pay What should I do?

ID Mobile's signal coverage is just terrible, & getting worse.

Since switching to ID Mobile the signal coverage on my phone is just terrible, & it’s getting worse.It doesn't matter where I am in the country ( inside or outside ), the signal on my phone is so weak, & if I am inside I can pretty much guarantee that the signal on my phone will be so weak that I won’t be able to use the internet, & sometimes it will be so weak that I won’t even be able to make calls, & this from a mobile network provider that claims to use the 3 network, & claims that their network covers 99% of the UK.The only way I can get a slightly better signal with ID Mobile is when I turn my phone to 3G only ( manual not auto ), but again, not without the problems mentioned above, but even if I do this my signal can still be full one minute & dead the next, even when I haven't even moved anywhere.Also, it seems that I’m not the only one with signal coverage issues when it comes to the ID Mobile network as masses of ID Mobile users are complaining about t

can’t send text messages

And I can’t see how others have fixed this in the other posts. My messages only send if iMessage is available and I get a failure message every single time if not. This has been the case since I moved to the network. Can someone help please?

When I phone a number it tells me I have dialed the customer payment helpline.

I have paid my bill but whenever i call someone it says I’ve dialled customer payment help line but records show I have paid so it hangs up. Cannot access live chat til tomorrow morning but I am at work currently and need to call/text/use data so cannot wait until then

how do i pay outstanding balance

URGENT HELP REQUIRED: I have received a letter to say I owe an outstanding balance but it won’t let me log on to my account anymore to pay it. It doesn’t recognise my username and password and my number is no longer in use. How do I pay please? I have also tried calling the automated number but because I now have a new contract with ID, it wants to take the balance off of that and not the outstanding one

Website and App Not displaying the correct information

Now that the App allows me to access it I cant see the proper information. My monthly update took place on 19th April. My dated topped up correctly although no mention of my rollover. My Text and Minutes are still the same as they were before the 19th. Either I have not received the monthly top up or the website and app are not displaying the information. Either way its wrong.Can someone please look into this and let me know by return what is going on. I have been with ID Mobile since 2018. I wont be much longer if this does not get addressed.

replacement SIM required

I ordered a new IDMobile SIM, and they’ve started taking payment. The first SIM just didn’t work - it was unrecognised in my devices, so I spoke on the help chat, and they sent out another.This one at least seems to be recognised, but there is no number or sign of the SIM actually working on the network.Undeterred, I went through the registration process, in the hope that this would somehow unlock things. Inevitably, we get to the “we have sent you a text” stage, and I can’t move past that.Because, STILL, 3 weeks in, the SIM isn’t actually registering on the network to allow me to receive texts, far less connect to the network and use the service I am PAYING to use.I am really becoming extremely fed up with this. I’m hoping that maybe it just takes IDMobile a bit of time to authorise the SIM, but if this doesn’t work, I’m ripping the damn thing out, sending it back, and expecting a full refund.I’m tech-literate.
