When I phone a number it tells me I have dialed the customer payment helpline.


I have paid my bill but whenever i call someone it says I’ve dialled customer payment help line but records show I have paid so it hangs up. Cannot access live chat til tomorrow morning but I am at work currently and need to call/text/use data so cannot wait until then

Hi

 

I have the same issue and need access for work purposes tonight.

I am up to date with my payments and the call just hangs up.

How do I resolve this asap?

I’m having this issue too and I need to use my phone as I have no landline

I now have exactly the same issue. Tried to make numerous calls to different numbers and it just says that I have dialed the customer helpline every time. Have tried restart and turning on and off. Seems to be a common issue. Really frustrating

I’m now sorted, so I messaged on their Facebook and Twitter pages and got a response quickly.  So frustrating, will definitely rethink my options next time
