calling UK from Europe

Hi, I have been unable to make calls from Italy to UK landlines and most mobile numbers.Roaming is switched on and some mobile numbers are perfectly ok. I can see no pattern. I had this problem in March, went home and am now in Italy again and still have the problem.(The numbers have the appropriate +44 prefixes)Any help would be much appreciated.

no phone number with the SIM

Hello there, I signed up for a new monthly contract via Carphone warehouse. I received the phone and the SIM card in a green envelope but there is no phone number included in the envelope. How do I find out the phone number associated with the IMEI? Without it I’m unable to activate the SIM or sign up for the id mobile website. There was no invoice in the package and the phone number is not on the correspondence from Currys or ID mobile. I did receive confirmation of the direct debit set-up. Thanks.

Hi, I am trying to transfer my number from my old provider, I have the PAC code and all other information entered is correct and keeps saying the information provided is not correct. How can I update my number to my old providers number? Many thanks

Still no service

Hi, earlier today I chatted with one of your assistants (Thobeka) regarding my sim not having service. He said it would be reset, and would work after ten mins. He also gave my account a £10 credit. That was a while ago. The service connected briefly but then went again. Please can you fix this and check the credit was added.

Leaving within 14 days & PAC code use.

Hello,I recently started a phone and SIM card contract with ID Mobile. Unfortunately, I’ve had to to return the device within the 14-day cooling-off period due to patchy reception where I live. The customer service team provided me with a Return Transaction Number and the necessary details for sending the phone back, all good.I also requested a PAC code and received this automated message:Hi *****, your PAC is ****** and it expires on 31/05/2024. To switch your iD Mobile number to your new provider and disconnect your iD plan, simply give this PAC code to your new network before it expires. Your iD Mobile plan will remain active, and you will continue to be billed unless you use this PAC before the expiry date. If you use your PAC today, your estimated final bill will be £517.92 (excluding any unbilled amounts). App dors not work overseas

I spend ½,year in Spain and use my spanish phone then as cheaper. The new app cannot be downloaded on my spanish iPhone as IDmobile iOS developer set the country to U.K. only. How silly - the app should be downloadable, accessible and usable globally.

no service on my phone

So all of a sudden I am getting ’no service’ on my phone. I can’t receive any calls or texts, nor can I call or text, no internet coverage.Before I got to that stage, I received a text, saying ‘Great news! Your SIM activation is in progress. We'll send you a text once it's complete’since then it has been more than 24 hrs without any network/ service. I don’t know what’s wrong? I took out my sim and reinserted, and restarted - still it didn’t work.

I need to cancel but impossible to access account

I purchased a SIM/set up a direct debit a couple days ago on the basis that the coverage checker says there are no problems and full signal at my address - but I can’t even receive texts or load anything on the internet indoors in my house or on the streets nearby so this network is basically unusable for me.I want to cancel before I’m charged anything but I can’t log into the account anywhere or speak to anyone so unsure what to do - could someone from iD private message me to help?

I have accounts for two of my children. Both have been fine since starting some years ago. Tried to access accounts and prompted to re- register for new app/ system etc. Even from link attached to bill advice email NEITHER account allows access. EITHER says, “oops something went wrong “ OR after having inputted emailed number sit waiting until same occurs. Unable to speak with anybody , appears comeptely locked out. unable to access account

Ever since joining ID I have been unable to access my account. I just get the ‘opps something went wrong please try again’ message over and over. I’ve tried different browsers and resetting the password but still I’ve never been able to log in even once.

Billed Twice for the Same Period

I’ve been with ID Mobile for my 2 childrens numbers since February 25th. Bill February £8 per number, March £8 per number (which is what I signed up for) April’s bill says £11.64 per number and it’s got an additional £3.03 on each bill for a period of time already paid for in previous bills. Why am I being charged for the same period again.February I was invoiced for 25/2-24/3March it was 26/3 to 24/4 and now April it says 25/4 to 24/5/24 (which is correct) plus 25/3 to 21st April which I already paid in March? WHY?

Internet signal

I have lost my Internet signal in the last 2 weeks. I can't pay online for anything as I have no signal. I've tried my sim card into my older phone and it works fine. I've also tried my late husbands sim card in this phone samsung galaxy A52s and his sim card doesn't work either. There's got to be a block 🚫 on something. If I'm in the house I do have the lines for a signal but it doesn't light up. I tried last night while I was out and got this 🚫 on my phone. Please help me
