Paid an overdue bill, but whenever I go to phone a number it says I’ve dialled the customer payment service and data won’t work and texts won’t send.

It can take 2-24 hours for the services to resume.

Please can you advise if your services are still restricted?

i have been unable to connect to internet, make calls or send texts. but can receive calls un texts. it’s been like that for me over 2 weeks. i am on PAYG. i’m pretty sure the recent change for PAYG users finally being able to use app instead of web browser to manage their account has messed everything up. fml

Have you tested your SIM in a different handset?

I would advise checking your allowance to see if you have allowances left.

The same thing is happening with me I just paid for my bill yesterday and my calls text and data is not working
