Website and App Not displaying the correct information


Now that the App allows me to access it I cant see the proper information. My monthly update took place on 19th April. My dated topped up correctly although no mention of my rollover. My Text and Minutes are still the same as they were before the 19th. Either I have not received the monthly top up or the website and app are not displaying the information. Either way its wrong.

Can someone please look into this and let me know by return what is going on. I have been with ID Mobile since 2018. I wont be much longer if this does not get addressed.

NOT RESOLVED

 

So yesterday I got your message and gave you the information you required and within minutes the App and Website updated to the correct allowances on texts and minutes. That was then this is now!

I have sent some texts but the allowance has not changed it say its at 5000 which is my maximum.

Obviously it was a manual fix? Can you sort this please as not knowing is bad and having to send you all the messages is tiresome

 

Please fix this nonsense at the earliest!

So here we are a month later and many months since the New app was rolled out. Still not working. My data allowance does change as it gets used but my text and minutes does not.

Please fix sooner rather than later this is tedious

We understand the app is still experiencing issues with this, apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

 

It may be worth looking into your device for an in device data tracker and setting this up.

Obviously not reading what I wrote. The data allocation does seem to track properly but the minutes and texts don't. The only time they change is when I complain and someone does it manually!

Is it not about time this app / website issue was sorted? Its been going on for many months now. Are ID mobile not embarrassing themselves?

If I had done my job half as bad as this I would have been sacked!

My monthly renewal was today.

 

Yet again the data allowance updated but my minutes and texts gave not!!

 

When if ever will this get sorted?????

So here we are several months on and the app is still a joke.

My monthly update took place on the 19th. The data has updated but my minutes and texts are still as the were on the 18th and have not updated. No doubt they have been updated but what is the point of this app?

Do something with it please!!
