Help with PAC

I got a new contract with ID mobile. My previous contract was ID mobile. To port the number over, I got a Vodafone SIM card. I used the PAC and moved the number to Vodafone. I have a PAC from Vodafone to move my number over to the new ID mobile contract but the online system won't let me.

New Contract Cancellation

Hi, Yesterday (20/12/2022) I tried to cancel a new pay monthly contract through the online chat service but was only receiving information on a previous contract which I had cancelled on 22/11/2022. I contacted Carphone Warehouse customer service (03701116565) today & spoke to a member of staff & requested to cancel my order which I placed online, but was refused & told I could only cancel within 14 days of purchase. I requested a customer email address so that I could send a copy of my contract with details specifying that I have a 30-day cancellation period but was refused. I provided my order details & had security checks to confirm my order, but was refused to process my refund request for the phone, which has not been opened and so should be able to be returned. I later visited a physical site to sort this out but was also told to either call the number or use the Live Chat as they say they can’t handle online-purchased products. I then reached out to a customer se

Issue transferring number via PAC

Requested my PAC, completed the form with all the correct information that I've double checked and form just advises: 'We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you have provided. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.'  I've double checked all the information and nothing is wrong!

phone not getting or making calls

Hi the last week or so my Samsung A32 phone has stopped being able to receive or make calls, I can't even listen to voicemails, it dials and then goes silent, with calls it says 'not registered'. I have updated my phone, restarted it and also got a replacement SIM to no avail. As far as I know none of the settings have changed. Any ideas?

File size limit on PAYG SIM

Hello Does anyone know if there is a maximum filesize allowed by the PAYG Unlimited SIM?Or perhaps certain protocols (SSH, FTP etc) are blocked?Am attempting to SSH a 600MB file - the broadband will handle it no problem - id mobile PAYG Unlimited SIM refuses.Any advice appreciated RG

Not receiving texts from microsoft (outlook)

I have got my mobile number set up for two factor authentication for outlook and for the pst few days the texts from Microsoft haven’t been getting through so I can’t access my emails ! I’m not sure whether it’s an issue on Microsoft’s end or if ID are blocking theseHas anyone else had a similar issue or got a suggestions on what to do? thanks

unable to call uk number from canada

I’m in Canada and I’m trying to call the uk but calls won’t connect. I can’t see why this is happening. I have roaming switched on plus international calls on my account. I’ve a cap on my acc. but that’s set at £50. Can’t work it out

Bill more than expected

i have been charged £54.38 when my monthly bill should be £38.99 I was wondering if this could have anything to do with me changing my DD date. I haven't used anything over my allotted usage etc. or made any calls outside of my contract. Any ideas?

Data Roaming Fair Use Policy in France (I'm a student)

Hi, I am a student studying in France with an unlimited data use, 12 month plan, paying £15/month. I’ve just received a text informing me of excessive roaming data usage. I have been in France for 3 months. I am back in the UK for Christmas but will be returning to France in mid January. The ID fair usage policy says that as long as I can show strong links with the UK, (bank statement or bill), all will be OK. My question is, how and who do I send this evidence to to prove these strong ties to the UK, before I get hit with a big bill? I expect to be back and forth between UK and France until Summer 2025. My plan is 6 pound unlimited texts and call but I'm now being charged 1 pound every 2 days for going over txt plan and it just says domestic 1 pound not happy

Unable to send sms text to some numbers. UK to UK. Get an error:Can't send message with iD - code 0. Tried with and without WiFi connection. OK to / from wife also on iD. Samsung Galaxy S22. My wife is having same problem on her phone.

switching both me and my son

Hi. Hopefully someone can help. Basically I want to switch both my 13 year old son and myself to I'd mobile (we're both currently on giffgaff, but service is poor at home) however I want to manage his account and pay for it too. I'm basically looking at the £7 a month sim only deal for both of us. However do I simply go ahead and order two sims in my name or is there anything specific I need to do in order to make sure this all goes through as hoped. Thanks.

Give me a Pac Code

I ported my number over to iDMobile 1 week ago.iDMobile Sim Card does not work in my phone, Xiaomi Mi10T Pro (even though being less than 2 years old).Tried the Sim Card in my Wifes phone, Samsung S21 FE 5G, which is on the acceptable device list. But it still did not work.I have asked iDMobile to Terminate my contract, and give me the PAC Code. They said they will Terminate the Contact, but to produce the PAC Code they said I need the iDMobile App or Text. Basically this: To have an iDMobile App or doing it by Text, it sends you a secret code to the Sim Number in question, therefore it does not work with me as it does not work on my devices.Can anyone solve this issue, because clearly the incompetent iDMobile Customer Service cannot solve this issue even I have talked with them 3 times.

I really need some help please! Ive ordered and started a contract with the wrong phone ive ordered the iphone 14 and not the iphone 14 pro MAX!! How do i change this? Can i change this?
