Help with PAC

I got a new contract with ID mobile. My previous contract was ID mobile. To port the number over, I got a Vodafone SIM card. I used the PAC and moved the number to Vodafone. I have a PAC from Vodafone to move my number over to the new ID mobile contract but the online system won't let me.

What error message are you getting on the form?

It’s worth ensuring that you are entering the correct transaction number which starts with 4, you can also try entering your surname in all capital letters on the form.

It seems to be working fine on our end.

Try accessing via incognito or private browsing to see if this makes a difference?

Your cookies may be preventing access to it.
