how do i complain abour price raise

When i started this contract i was agreeing to paying £38.99 but i raised  a message saying due to whatever excuse they felt right theres a price raise annoying but hey ho stuck in it till i pay it off , what i want to know is who do i speak to as i checked my monthly invoice to see there charging me £56 for this month , i didnt agree and im most certainly not okay with that price , i paid every month but its missing the February transaction . Its honestly annoyed me how they justify that price . Id like to cancel because im within my 30 days of the message but im sure not paying £600 to clear it off completely as im aware i should be charged to cancel within the 30 days of the message as like i said its not something i agreed with prior to contract

Hi there,i ordered a 2nd generation iPhone SE 128gb as an upgrade over 2 weeks ago and was hoping stock would be back in by now but there is now no info on the website when / if stock is expected. Have you any updates?

My phone has stopped working, still under warranty

My phone is still under warranty and has become completely unusable. Every time I try to make/receive a call, send a text message, or use any audio function my phone simply turns itself off. I am still under contract and the phone is still under warranty so I would like to request a replacement ASAP because right now I am paying for an unusable service and have a phone that is totally unfit for purpose

I transferred my number with a PAC code when I signed up with ID, now, a few months on, my number is gone, its reverted to the number ID originally sent - how can i get my number back?

activating voicemail

My voicemail won bt pick up missed calls. The phone (Samsung s8) just rings then says the phone isn't recognised. I recently changed over from a different network & have never had this problem before. This is my work phone so the ability to leave a message is important, without it I lose patients who desperately need me! How can I solve this issue?

traveling to America

Me and my daughter going to newyork for 4 nights in 2 weeks we both have contracts with ID is there anything I can do so I can use my phone internet ect without it costing a fortune?  last time I went my bill was £78 in 3 days just from using the internet

What's the difference between £15 and £20 PAYG card?

Hi,  I was comparing the PAYG cards and I saw that:£15 one comes with £20GB of data whereas £20 ones comes with unlimitedhowever, if you then go to this calculator for fair usage (eg, if we travel to Spain) https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/eu-roaming/fair-usage-policy and you enter £20… you get a limited amount of data to 15.44GB In this case, why would anyone buy the £20 and get 15.44GB rather than the £15 card and get 20GB of data? Or does that calculator not apply with PAYG and we really get unlimited data with the £20 card, so we could go over 20GB in a month (if needed). And on a side note, if we activate the card near the end of the month, eg… day 25th, will the data bundle be valid until the 24th next month?

Pre order acceptance & claiming offer

I’ve pre ordered the out of stock s22 and would like to confirm a few things.With restocking being expected on the 6th of April, will the acceptance of my offer to purchase (the running of a credit check) be delayed until then?Will the offer for a free set of samsung bud pros, which is expiring on the 5th of april, still be valid?If stock is late and delivery is delayed, will my purchase fall even later than that date?For the latter two questions, please note that the samsung website explicitly says “purchased” by 05/04/2022 and I’m thinking its not technically a purchase until I’ve paid, which I wont until my order is accepted.And is there anyway to expedite my acceptance in the off chance it is rejected and I need to find an alternative before the offer of free buds pro expires?

3g/4g Stopped working on my phone a couple of weeks ago

Per the title 3G/4G stopped wotrking on my Pixel 3a phone a couple of weeks ago. I’ve tried rebooting it, checked the service status in my area (appears fine).  Maybe my SIM is broken somehow?Anyone got an ideas how to proceed?

Delayed Acceptance/Rejection

Ordered a new monthly contract (including new handset) yesterday. Email said order would be accepted or rejected within 24Hrs. I’ve not recieved one.How long should I be waiting? In case they reject my request, I’d appreciate more time to pursue alternatives. Being left in limbo has me waiting empty-handed and without a promise of a new phone and contract.When should I worry its taking too long?Any help and/or clarification would be appreciated.

Changing phone midway through contract

I currently have a plan with ID, which includes a phone and data, texts and calls. My plan doesn't end until 26th of May 2023.My current phone isn't working well for me. It's not damaged or anything, but the battery life is appalling, it takes ages to charge, it just doesn't work for me. Is there any way I can return this phone and have it replaced by something else?

Oppo Find X3 Neo 12G RAM Utter junk or is it provider data issues? 14 cool off?

Hi…I was with O2 for so many years, not upgraded since Huawei P20 Mate Pro was on sim only as no phones of interest.Fast forward saw ID mobile and the Oppo Find X3 Neo and its large 12G RAM and 256gb storage, figured I’d give it a go, read good reviews on phone, etc.Phone arrived a day early, looks nice, lovely screen picture, etc..But quickly I noticed data and performance issues and its REALLY BAD at simple 4k 30fps DJI MP4 video editing on Powerdirector Pro, even photo editing via Photoshop Express and Lightroom Mobile is painful and hangs for 30 odd seconds before actually saving a jpeg.I’m also struggling to get on various websites when out, although signal states good and 4g or 5g but Spotify works in car (Streaming)Every time I arrive home the phone goes mad, chiming, beeping for messages, FB, Instagram, etc basically as soon as it connects to my wifi network.Surely this cant be right, I mean 12Gb of RAM!!! or is it just nasty cheap RAM?To compare, my P20 Mate Pro is only 6Gb RA

Can't make or receive calls

Everytime someone tries to call me, my signal drops. Same goes if I try to call someone. Then the signal will be back after the call attempt. SMS works fine, as well as mobile data. Tried other device and it works fine. Only with this new phone. Tried restarting the phone and eventually resetting it, but the problem persists. I don't know what to do now .

Hi I am still being billed for a mobile that my son hasn't used for months. I have tried cancelling this before and I'm still being charged the mobile number is [EDIT] my name is Kelly Hayward and I would like a reply as to why I'm still being billed it hasn't been used for months and I have received letters from cars debt collections for something that no longer is in use  Will be waiting on reply Kelly hayward

Fraudulent Use of my Details

I am not an ID mobile customer but have just received a letter regarding an account that has been set up in my name. I have recently been a victim of identity theft and have had lots of mobile phone contracts and storecards set up using my details with various providers.  i have set up an account with Action Fraud How do I go about reporting this and get the account closed?Thanks

Accidental tariff change

Dear sir / madam,When I joined iDMobile my tariff was £21.99 per month.  During the month, I was trying to make an emergency call to Canada and my handset, to my consternation, said I had no credit.  I tried to resolve it with the 'Help' links to no avail.  There was no way to speak to someone.  Consequently, I thought the quick way to fix my problem was to add some credit so I increased my tariff to the next tier which was £24.99, and made the call.  Since this error was not my fault, as iD has no Help No to contact for help, I would like to revert to my original Tariff.

Hi, I'm new to ID mobile. Why there is an outstanding balance in my account, and need to pay £5? What does that means and why is it exists? As I've set to pay the plan by card automatically, so it won't be any delay for the payments. Please help to solve my confusion, thanks a lot.

Contract problem!

Last week I took out a sim-only contract with ID Mobile but have now seen a phone I would like to have on a pay monthly contract.Today I decided to pre-order the phone but for some reason I have been declined, possibly due to a credit search.I don't have any bad credit history and have held phone contracts for over a decade. Having looked in to it I've read that other people have had this happen to them when trying to set up a contract whilst also having a contract with ID Mobile. Any suggestions please?

Upgrading my existing plan, and it's asking me for payment details?

I’ve got a sim only rolling month plan, when I log into my account it shows an option to update to a different plan. When I click on that and select a new plan, it’s making me go through checkout and add my card details, and they will charge it £0.01, why? Can’t they just change my plan and continue to charge my existing direct debit instead of creating some new 2nd payment?Also, when will this new plan take effect? It feels like I’m going to sign up to a new plan halfway through the month so I’m being charged for this new plan whilst still be charged my old one also?

Odered a new SIM accaidentally, Can't cancel new plan

Hi,  I’ve got a bit of a problem.  I’ve currently got a 24-month contract with ID that is set to finish next month, I noticed the other day that I could upgrade to a different contract as mines nearing completion. I decided that as I am happy with my current phone (for the moment) that I would move to a SIM only deal keeping my current number and phone instead of upgrading to a new phone. I followed the upgrade options and ordered a monthly sim using the same ID mobile account as my current contract, I received the SIM and  used a spare phone to activate the SIM to check the number and realised that the number and plan was different (I must have mistakenly ordered a new SIM instead of upgrading my current contract) . I have been charged the first month of the new contract (which is fair enough) and have cancelled the direct debit for the new plan as I was unable to end it using the app/website and didn’t want  to be charged agian (the direct debit for my current plan is still active an

moving to Australia but in the middle of a contract

I am moving to Australia with work and currently have two new contracts with ID mobile which we opened before knowing about the move. What options do we have to cancel these contracts as we can’t afford to pay the contract off or carry on paying them for two years while we’re abroad?  Thank you
