New Sim Card Plan/Student Beans Discount

Good Morning,I’m looking to purchase a SIM only plan and it appears i have access to a deal with Unlimited data for £15 a month via Studentbeans. I go through the studentbeans website which takes me to the page on IDmobile where it says to sign in to gain access to the ‘student store of Idmobile’. When i click this it logs me in but i come back to the same page and nothing actually happens.  Can anyone help me with this as i would like to take this offer up. (I’ve tried registering with IDmobile but they need a mobile number which i don’t have yet as i cant buy a SIM plan) Many Thanks.

phone number transfer PAC Code form error

I have my new Id sim, I have my PAC code (in date) I have my transaction number and I know my surname,  but still the number transfer form gives me an error! No tech support and no one to call, all incredibly frustrating. How do I get my old number transfered when all the system does is tell me to complete a form that gives me an error?

New account and connection problems

I have just switched to ID Mobile. I have three problemsI have been unable to register. I get to page 2 but no security code is being sent to my phone.  I have tried to send a message and it just says that it’s failed. Possibly connected with…. id coverage seems to be almost non existent here despite your coverage map saying we should be covered. On the meter the signal is showing as one small bar.Not good really? Can you help?Thank you, Peter

microphone is faulty

When I make a call the other person cannot hear me, I can hear them clearly. They have to call me back. I have never experienced this with any other phone. It is only since I got my new phone a couple of months ago this as happened.

Data throttling

I currently have a 100G plan on my phone with no home internet, I'm planning to use hotspot from my phone to connect other devices at home. I seen in previous threads that all your Data you have, can be used for tethering as there is no separate limit, this is great 😃 What I would like to know though is is there a cap on your data were the speeds start to be throttled and if so what is the cap. Any help would be appreciated as I hope to make an informed decision. kind regards Jake

cancel new sim only contract

I can’t use my PAC code from current contract as there seems to be a problem when I put all my details in. I’ve tried many times to speak to someone but can’t ever get connected. I would now like to use the cooling off period to cancel the contract. The process of trying to get responses is too long and time consuming.  I have received the sim but not used it.

mobile data not working on new phone

Hi. I bought an iPhone se for my daughter and just realised that data doesn’t work on the phone. It is an unlimited data contract. Calls and text works. Tried sim in another phone but still doesn’t work. Mobile data is switched on and I’ve reset network settings a couple of times. Can’t get through to anyone, so looking for any other ideas. thanks

Sim no

MY sim card has arrived and I have ported over my old number. The iPhone se says No Sim. I've tried it in multiple unlocked phones and they do not see the sim. I'm unable to access any further than the first screen on the chatbot, this is 5 days after activation and am unable to use the product. I need some help please, vulnerable person.

unable to pay due to covid and issues finding a job

I have been unable to pay my outstanding bill due to the fact covid has made it harder to find a job. I used to be carer but quit due to mistreatment. I have just got a new job but can not pay tol April the 10th. What do I do I've tried to contact by chat on your app but nothing at all.

Not able to login to my account

I want to change my plan but after changing my password, it is still saying my password or my email is incorrect.  This is so frustrating.  I have tried several times with the same response.  I want to change my ID plan.  I have wasted so much time on this.  It is really annoying that I can’t speak to a real person.

New line instead of upgrade

Good morning, about 7 months ago, I took an iPhone 11 subscription, I explained to you that you want to stay with your current phone number.  The lady gave me a phone and a new sim card, claiming that in 24 hours my phone ner will be active on the new sim card.  Unfortunately, the lady misled me and I feel cheated because I pay the 32.99 bill, which I do not use because of this because it is a completely different number.  And my current number, which I need and still use 10f wages.  Please, remedy the lack of competence of your employees.  because so far I pay for the lack of training of your employees.  in the subscription, the time wasted on writing, commuting and gasoline.  thank you greetings Magdalena Wahl

Changed to 15gb per month plan, app showing allowance of 2.5gb

I changed from an ancient SIM only, pay monthly rate to a new pay monthly rate of £8 for unlimited calls/texts with 15gb of data on 10/03/22.The new plan kicked in today and the app is showing that I only have 2.5 GB out of that 15 left for the next 31 days. I also received a text message telling me I'd used 80% of my allowance. This looks like a mistake. My account owed is also down as £7.14, not £8.I signed up to the new plan as I *really* needed more data for work. Now I have less and am in an extremely sticky situation. What's going on? EDIT: And after posting this message it's gone down to 2.1gb. Something is clearly wrong here, I hope someone can help...

Switch to ID, SIM lost and unable to order replacement

Hi My friend has switched to ID however has lost SIM Card. She is unable to order a new card as she does not have an ID account and cannot create one since an SMS security code is needed to register an account with ID. What can we do? (Just to be clear, I have no issues with my SIM or service, this issue is for my friend as she is unable to post due to no ID account and not being able to create one). Many thanks Alex

Haven't received a phone and can't get help

I ordered a phone and SIM about 33 hours ago. I am being so specific as they say they should process your order within 24 hours, this hasn't happened. I ordered early yesterday (Monday) and my phone hasn't arrived which goes against their free next day shipping. The problem is my current contract runs out in 2 days and I will be without any SIM. Without an ID phone number, which I obviously do not have yet as I haven't received anything, I don't even seem to be able to do live chat. They say to message DPD but if they haven't dispatched my order, DPD isn't going to know anything so how does that help? Does anyone have any advice on how to contact someone from ID mobile to see whats going on with my order? Their tables showing what day your phone SHOULD arrive aren't proving particularly useful.I am seriously regretting ordering from ID mobile, it is ridiculous to have a company you can't contact when it comes to something like this. Hello. I placed an order for an iPhone 13 today. Unfortunately for one reason or another something happen and the confirmation page appeared and disappeared quickly. I managed to get the order number but never managed to check all other information.I’ve also not received any information by email. I thought the order hadn’t  gone through so I was going to place a new one when I realised you’ve already charged the upfront cost and this is now pending. Can you please shed some light on whether I have actually made the order successfully and what will happen next? Thank you.
