good PAC from Three, iD app says its wrong (or number)

I have Three PAYG with number I want to move to my already existing iD 1month rolling contract. The iD app keep saying my PAC or number is incorrect.... what now? The PAC is correct a s I checked many times...

Phone i ordered now not available for another month and customer support cut me off when ask to cancel

Hi I upgraded to an iphone 13 mini, haven’t received any updates in a few days so decided to chase through customer support. They told me its not in stock until April 21st. I need a phone for work and social life so obviously can’t wait a month. However, whenever I ask about cancelling or any other options available to me the agent basically just signs off and ignores me? How do i cancel my contract so i can pick a phone that ID actually have in stock. Also, how do i lodge a complaint? The customer service here is a bit ridiculous.  Thanks everyone

lost phone and not sure if I registered the account online

Hi, my daughter lost her phone yesterday, I’ve blocked the sim and phone via the live chat, but I can’t get into the account  I know the email I get bill notifications to, but rescuing the account password needs the phone to send a code to. I’d like to see if there is any usage I’m liable for before it got cancelled. She’s also eligible for an upgrade in 3 weeks, so don’t want to buy a replacement, and would like to access the account to look at options (or see if we can bring that forward) any idea? there’s no option to have the rest info sent to my email address.

Can't log into account

hi. I haven't used phone for a while, tried to access account - right surname, year of birth, mobile number..but message “there is a problem”. Tried …..Forgotten your username/email address?Forgotten your password?but same issue...I know my name and when I was born! Can anyone help pls?

Hi, for some unknown reason, I cannot send or receive texts since Friday afternoon.Tried all the recommended fixes but still no joy. Is there a problem with the network?I’m using a Samsung Android.Thanks

my previous network says my number hasn’t pirted over to you yet when its in use on your nlid network

Was previously on virgin mobile and transferred over to you and ported my number over on 11/3/22. My husband who is with virgin media cannot phone me as it goes straight through to voicemail which I don’t recieve. Anyone else can call me ok. When I call virgin mobile about this they say the problem is that they can see that my number is still active on the virgin network.         Although as people can contact me on my ported number meaning it’s fully active on id. My dashboard shows my temporary number rather than my ported number which I assuming has fully gone through? could this be a problem at your end?

pac code transfer not processes! stuck with no network

I have been waiting for days for my PAC code transfer to complete and it still hasn’t.Its absolutely terrible - that it’s not sorted. I spoke to someone on Chat yesterday who assured me it would be completed yesterday. It was not.Because of this, I was left outside my apartment for an hour as I was unable to contact anyone due to my old network finishing the contract and ID mobile providing me with nothing. and now I am left with no network coverage.  Can somebody please sort this or tell me how asap. Or otherwise how I can cancel this terrible contract or get some kind of reimbursement for the horrific situation

Leaving

Hi my number is being swapped over to another service provider. I have been trying to cancel for weeks and I am now being charged eventhough if I left when I wanted to I wouldn't be charged. I am a uni student I broke my phone which is why I've had to get a new one meaning I now have 0 money I cannot afford £30 for you guys and £24 for my new contract. I shouldn't even have to pay £30 since my contract ended with you in January I have been paying the same price since the contract ended. I cannot get in touch with anyone it's stressful.

Terrible phone signal and unable to get any help from customer service

I received my new phone on the 9th of March and moved over from Giffgaff. Since then I have had very poor phone signal, all my texts are coming back as undelivered and when I call someone it cuts out an awful lot. I checked the signal in my area before signing up to my contract so was under the impression my signal should be good! I never had these issues with Giffgaff. I got in touch with a customer service advisor and was told I would hear back from a tech engineer via email, I am yet to hear back and it has been more than two days since I got in touch. All I received was “If you are still experiencing the issue, please do contact us at www.idmobile.co.uk/contactus and “We need to ask you for more information about the technical issue you raised with us.” via text message. So I've tried opening a new live chat today to be told all your advisors are busy at the moment, I have no idea what to do now tbh...Id really love this issue to be resolved so I can use my phone properly!!!

cancelled but still being billed

Hi.I cancelled my contract on 12th Feb 2022 but was billed for the period 13th Feb - 9th March. A direct debit payment was taken from my account.It seems that this is a common problem with ID mobile from the number of related posted on this forum.Can you arrange to reverse the payment taken please

Cancelling Data Only SIM

Trying to cancel my contract as no longer needed. As my SIM is data only I don't have a phone number for it so can't even register online. There seems to be no mention anywhere of data only SIMS.

Like many others on this forum I am having problems recieving 2fa texts, bank texts, PayPal texts etc Haven't found a successful resolution in the forum. Shocking that ID mobile do not have a contact helpline no. Mods please contact me to resolve this issue or I'll be leaving ID. Thanks

New Sim Card Plan/Student Beans Discount

Good Morning,I’m looking to purchase a SIM only plan and it appears i have access to a deal with Unlimited data for £15 a month via Studentbeans. I go through the studentbeans website which takes me to the page on IDmobile where it says to sign in to gain access to the ‘student store of Idmobile’. When i click this it logs me in but i come back to the same page and nothing actually happens.  Can anyone help me with this as i would like to take this offer up. (I’ve tried registering with IDmobile but they need a mobile number which i don’t have yet as i cant buy a SIM plan) Many Thanks.

phone number transfer PAC Code form error

I have my new Id sim, I have my PAC code (in date) I have my transaction number and I know my surname,  but still the number transfer form gives me an error! No tech support and no one to call, all incredibly frustrating. How do I get my old number transfered when all the system does is tell me to complete a form that gives me an error?

New account and connection problems

I have just switched to ID Mobile. I have three problemsI have been unable to register. I get to page 2 but no security code is being sent to my phone.  I have tried to send a message and it just says that it’s failed. Possibly connected with…. id coverage seems to be almost non existent here despite your coverage map saying we should be covered. On the meter the signal is showing as one small bar.Not good really? Can you help?Thank you, Peter

microphone is faulty

When I make a call the other person cannot hear me, I can hear them clearly. They have to call me back. I have never experienced this with any other phone. It is only since I got my new phone a couple of months ago this as happened.

Data throttling

I currently have a 100G plan on my phone with no home internet, I'm planning to use hotspot from my phone to connect other devices at home. I seen in previous threads that all your Data you have, can be used for tethering as there is no separate limit, this is great 😃 What I would like to know though is is there a cap on your data were the speeds start to be throttled and if so what is the cap. Any help would be appreciated as I hope to make an informed decision. kind regards Jake
