I have been waiting for days for my PAC code transfer to complete and it still hasn’t.
Its absolutely terrible - that it’s not sorted. I spoke to someone on Chat yesterday who assured me it would be completed yesterday. It was not.
Because of this, I was left outside my apartment for an hour as I was unable to contact anyone due to my old network finishing the contract and ID mobile providing me with nothing.
and now I am left with no network coverage.
Can somebody please sort this or tell me how asap. Or otherwise how I can cancel this terrible contract or get some kind of reimbursement for the horrific situation
