Am fed up not being able to check data usage via the app (no longer works - login just puts me into an eternal loop) - it’s time to move on.

By the looks of it others are having this problem

Unfortunately the other response was very much of the form “there is a solution to your problem” but it didn;t actually say what the solution was. 

Seems to be of a piece with the non-functioning app.l

So I am still stuck (and on the lookout for a better provider if you have any recommendations)
