I have just upgraded to s23fe and it said i would recieve free earbud but have not recieved them

I’d recommend checking out the offers page and seeing what date you purchased, you may need to claim the buds separately.

Hi folks,

I wonder if you guys can help / advise me…

I just received my new S23Fe and one of the deciding factors was that I could claim a set of galaxy buds..…

I was told to wait until I received my phone before I could make the claim...now the Samsung claim is closed.…

Any advice would be

 much appreciated.…
