Hi,

 

I have had two sim cards and now want to cancel one of them - thing is, I only have one phone now so obviously can’t receive text messages on the sim I want to cancel. I also don’t have this sim added as a plan on my account and cannot do so without receiving texts to the sim in question. Is there a way that I can cancel this plan without having the sim in a phone?

How do cancel the recently purchased sim i bought online? I have changed my original monthly payment plan to one for £8 in my account.
