Disney+ 12 month subscription. I have not received an email from Samsung with a redeem code.

Hiya, So I upgraded my phone to a Samsung S23 Ultra received 23.11.23 unfortunately I have not received my email so that I can redeem by my disney plus subscription as promised. How do I get my code?

Please see the following from the terms and conditions of this offer;

 

  1. To claim, Participants must purchase a Promotion Product during the Promotion Period.
  2. After purchase of the Promotion Product during the Promotion Period, Participants should visit samsung.com/uk/boost (in the UK), select the Disney offer, sign into their Samsung account and click redeem for the Disney+ offer (the “Claim”).
  3. Once a claim has been initiated, the Promoter shall process and verify the Claim. Upon verification (and only if the Claim is successfully verified by the Promoter), the Participant shall then receive the Disney+ Code.
