Hello.

Just bought a SIM only contract from ID Mobile but cannot get my old number transferred over, I have a PAC code from EE but when I enter all the info, old number, new number, PAC code, name and transaction number, into the ID Mobile online site, “Switch to ID Mobile” it always comes up as “Something went wrong!”.

Is there any other way of getting my old number registered?

Are you entering the transaction number that starts with the number 4?

If so, please let us know and we can PM you to investigate further.

Now sorted, went onto live chat and they did the changeover for me.

Could not get the “Switch to ID Mobile” page to work at all, yes the transaction number started with a 4 and entered correctly, tried different combinations of my name and double checked everything else, Is the page down?.

That was an hour of my life wasted
