Incorrect phone number on SIM manager and iD aplicación

I joined iD 24 hours ago and i ported over my original phone number from Sky to iD it's apparently complete as I can call and send SMS and receive also. The problem is that the temporary number is still showing up in the SIM manager on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I'm using an eSIM rather than a physical SIM. Also on my iD app is also showing the temporary number! I changed the number on Messages settings as instructed by the Live chat agent, and even though it is  showing as my own correct phone number - in the SIM manager and 'About phone' is still showing as a temporary number.

How am I going to fix this problem  ?

NETWORK RESET doesn’t interfere with the eSIM in the device, @DeepMyst

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on the handset with your iD SIM, @DeepMyst

No, although I have read about doing this. Will my esim remain intact if I perform a network reset - I hope I won't lose my eSIM and signal ?
