Got a new phone and sim but can't log into account as phone number is not recognised. Been on chat and then got a replacement sim but can't activate that without being able to log into account.  Looking at sim details on phone it shows as no number. I have emergency calls only. Thankfully I still have my previous phone still connected to EE but want to close that account.
