Hi all this is quite weird as in June I had paid my bill off for two months in advance which means I’d only have to pay this months which is what I did on the 30th of August which would mean I should be all paid up but my services have been stopped and I have been told that I have an outstanding balance of £20.91p but this isn’t even my monthly bill it’s a good £10 off so any help would be great thanks

Hi @Kieran Clulow

I’ve removed the photo of your bill as it contained personal information, please refrain from posting personal info while on the public forum.

However, taking a look at the bill, it looks like your monthly recurring charge was a longer period than the usual 30 days, this is typically done after a change in direct debit payment date.
