Access to ID app

Hi All,

My boyfriend got a contract out with ID Mobile however no longer uses the number/phone. I can’t access the app as it sends a text message to the number, but this now means that he cannot pay the phone bill leading him into a debt. I’ve tried the online chat however that has come to no use! Does anyone have a solution?

Hi @ahpj,

Does he still have the SIM card? If so, it can be inserted into another phone to obtain the text. Alternatively, he can call the automated service line on 0333 003 7777 (option 2) to make a payment. When calling, he will need the iD Mobile phone number to enter into the phone.
