Billing after Cancellation

After cancelling my ID mobile account I am still being billed monthly. I want to know how much ID mobile think I owe them, when they will stop accessing my direct debit and when I cancel it safely.

I’m sorry to hear that.

 

How did you cancel the contract?

When you request a disconnection, this is a 30-days notice disconnection to cancel your plan in 30-days time.

During this time, any billing continues as normal and any bills produced/due are taken.

Once disconnected, a final bill is produced. Here, any calculations are done and we would credit back any line rental charged past your disconnection.

As well as adding any termination fees (if you’re still in contract), add-ons purchased, out of plan usage etc.

It’s therefore normal to be billed within 30-60 days of disconnecting.

Or do you mean it’s been several months and you are still being billed? If you’re being charged your monthly line rental for a longer period, let us know and we will need to look into this further.
