This account (phone card) has been lost and never used. Have been billed £12 since ordered earlier this year.

Apologies for not cancelling before hand. Matter has been overlooked. Pls can I pay outstanding amount and cancel contract.

New contract arrangements are in place.

If the account is in Ronnie’s name who you put in the title there.  Then please could you have him contact us here directly by registering and posting here?

We’d need to speak to the account holder directly in order to make any changes to anyones account you see.  Under data privacy law.
