My contract finished in December and i want to cancel my plan. Cannot do this online as I do not have my ID mobile number.

Hi @Gayle

Did you ever register your online iD account? You can cancel the through iD app. Simply log in, go to the 'My account' page, and on the 'Manage my plan' tile click 'End my plan'. Please be aware that we need at least 30 day's notice before your contract ends.
