Cancel SIM Plan

I have tried to cancel my monthly SIM plan by following the instructions online however,  there is no option to ‘end your mobile ID plan’ as suggested. Failing this and without an available customer service contact number to call, I have had to cancel my DD. I have now reccieved  a Final Demand Notice Letter!! Everytime I try to raise a complaint via Chatbot, I get the message ‘Sorry, Live Chat is now closed’. Why do you insit on making it difficult to contact ID and to allow a simple plan cancellation!? Could someone please contact me so I can cancel my plan ASAP.
