Death of my father


Hello

We notified you on 23/9 of my fathers death and emailed a copy of the death certificate on 6/10 and have not had a reply.

Please can someone contact me urgently regarding cancelling this account and the direct debit. 
 

This process is stressful enough without emails being ignored.
