Identity fraud

I appear to be a victim of identity fraud. I noticed that a DD had been set up for another account. I immediately cancelled this. today I received a letter with account details. Can someone please contact me to discuss this as it needs to be closed immediately. I have to say this is the worst customer service i have come across and will be moving my existing account.
